MCPRD Restrooms
Phoenix, Arizona 2007
This project involved improvements to site utilities, structural
excavation and backfill, minor landscaping, minor site hardscape,
and restroom facilities. D.L. Norton had to manage the work,
quality control, and ensuring public access and safety during
construction, on multiple sites simultaneously. The project was
completed smoothly and with no major issues. The final contract
amount for this project was less than the initial contract amount.
Quality control was a major issue for this project. MCPRD has
dealt with many issues related to this design on previous
projects and the lack of any such issues arrising during D.L.
Norton’s contract is a testament to the effectiveness of our
quality control procedures. |
